CHELYABINSK SITE RUNS OHS QUIZ
May 22, 2023: The game brought together two teams of employees from various divisions
who were asked to do several assignments. In fact, they were guessing operational processes by words, finding correct names for safety signs and answering rapid-fire OHS questions. The competitive element helped the guys to get actively involved in the process and refresh their knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.
“We wanted to draw the attention of our employees to the importance of observing safety requirements in a slightly different format – in a gamified way. We managed to gather teams and have a fun interactive event to once again remind that the most valuable thing for people is their lives and health, and compliance with safety requirements is a vital necessity,” said OHS specialist Ksenia Shalneva.
