CONSOLIDATION OF ASSETS OF EL 6 (FORMERLY EPM GROUP) HAS BEEN COMPLETED
On May 16, 2022, Moscow: The process of the asset consolidation of El 6 Group (formerly EPM Group) has officially been completed. It took place in the form of the merger of manufacturing enterprises, a managing organization and a financial service center with holding company LLC “El 6” registered in Moscow.
On May 12, 2022, JSC "EPM-NovEP", JSC “EPM-NEP”, JSC “EPM-ChEP” and JSC “EPM-MANAGEMENT” ceased to exist as legal entities, and all their assets, rights and obligations were transferred to LLC “El 6”. Earlier, on March 11, 2022, LLC “EPM - Financial Service Center” was also merged with LLC “El 6”.
From now on, a single company is managed by the central office in Moscow. In the Novosibirsk Region, Novocherkassk and Chelyabinsk, the corresponding regional branches were established: El 6 Novosibirsk, El 6 Novocherkassk and El 6 Chelyabinsk.
The purpose of the consolidation is to increase the company's capitalization through the centralization of functions, increase the operational efficiency of the business, optimize the use of production capacities and increase production volumes.
The resolution to consolidate the enterprises included into the Group was adopted by the general meetings of participants of the legal entities included into the group on August 9, 2021.
