Novocherkassk Electrode Plant is the largest graphite electrode producer in Russia and Eastern Europe. The plant bene ts from its proximity to EU markets, as well as to major ports at Baltic, Caspian and Black seas, which allows to guarantee fast and ef cient deliveries worldwide.
