Novocherkassk, June 2024: El 6 Novocherkassk shipped the first batch of graphitized electrodes to the consumer from its new finished products warehouse.

In order to improve the service for shipping products to its customers, El 6 in Novocherkassk started operation of a new warehouse with an area of 1500 sq.m. The warehouse will provide more efficient and faster service to consumers. Loading and unloading areas are located outside of the production site; they have a convenient access road and a space for turning large trucks. The warehouse allows simultaneous loading and weighing of two vehicles at once. 

Gennady Velichko, Director of the El 6 Novocherkassk Branch, noted that investments in the project amounted to RUB 70 million: "The warehouse provides simultaneous warehousing and storage of up to 1600 tons of graphitized electrodes. It meets all safety requirements, being equipped with a video surveillance system, and also provides optimal conditions for the storage and shipment of graphite and carbon-based products."

Deploying additional storage facilities will free up useful space in the shop for mechanical processing of electrode products; it will improve the Company's working conditions and transport logistics.
