NEW BENEFITS FOR EL 6 NOVOCHERKASSK EMPLOYEES
Novocherkassk, September 2024.Starting September 25, 2024, employees of El 6 Novocherkassk will be able to pay only 20% of the current prices at the YugMedTrans Medical Center.
El 6 will cover 80% of the effective prices at the YugMedTrans Medical Center as provided for by the co-financing agreement. However, the discount from YugMedTrans (20%), which the medical institution offered to our employees before, will continue to apply as well.
For example, an initial appointment with a physician costs RUB 1,300. With the 20% discount provided by the medical center, it will be RUB 1,040; 80% of the amount will be covered by the plant. Therefore, the patient will only have to pay RUB 208 instead of the full cost.
Gennady Velichko, El 6 Novocherkassk Director, said: “To expand social benefits and guarantees, it was decided that the employer would bear most of the financial burden for medical services for our employees.”
The co-financing program covers various medical services, including those of physicians, endocrinologists, cardiologists, and other doctors, in addition to functional diagnostics (e.g., ultrasound, ECG, etc.). Moreover, employees will be able to receive treatment in a day hospital and, if necessary, issue a sick leave certificate.
Employees’ family members will continue to enjoy the 20% discount offered by the medical center.
