ENERGOPROM Group is inviting you to take part in its request for quotation to the lot of graphitized electrodes

1. Lot No.1: Grade of graphitized electrodes – UHP, diameter: 350-510 mm (at buyer's option). Giving its request for participation, the buyer shall specify the certain diameter. Time of product shipment: February-July 2018, amount: 120 tons in equal batches 20 tons/month (volume increase to 360 tons, up to 60 tons/month – at winner's option). The option to be opened by the winner within 3 business days upon the procedure follow up. Terms of payment: 100% down payment. Place of fulfillment of supply obligations: FCA, OJSC ENERGOPROM-NEP, Aluminum Site, Rostov Region, Novocherkassk 346413, Russia, under Incoterms® 2010 issued by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
2. Lot No.2: Grade of graphitized electrodes – SHP. Diameter: 350-510 mm (at buyer's option). Giving its request for participation, the buyer shall specify the certain diameter. Time of product shipment: February-July 2018, amount: 120 tons in equal batches 20 tons/month (volume increase to 360 tons, up to 60 tons/month – at winner's option). The option to be opened by the winner within 3 business days upon the procedure follow up. Terms of payment: 100% down payment. Place of fulfillment of supply obligations: FCA, OJSC ENERGOPROM-NEP, Aluminum Site, Rostov Region, Novocherkassk 346413, Russia, under Incoterms® 2010 issued by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

The request for quotation will be held on October 20, 2017.

Admitted to the request for quotation are metal manufacturers with own production facilities to use graphitized electrodes and/or companies from the same group of entities with such manufacturers according to Article 9 of the Competition Protection Law. To take part in the request for quotation, participants shall give their requests for participation under the Request for Quotation Instruction (see below) between October 17 and October 19, 2017 (both dates inclusive). Such requests shall be sent to qualify@energoprom.ru. 

Participants satisfying preliminary selection requirements will be given invitations to take part in the request for quotation. 

To participate in the request for quotation, participants shall send their offers to the following e-mail addresses of the Company 
1. Lot No.1: Grade of graphitized electrodes – UHP, diameter: 350-510 mm (at buyer's option) bidding-uhp@energoprom.ru. 
2. Lot No.2: Grade of graphitized electrodes – SHP. Diameter: 350-510 mm (at buyer's option) bidding-shp@energoprom.ru. 

ENERGOPROM Group's analysis of requests will be price-based.

There will be three phases of request analysis: 
1. Phase 1 will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on October 20, 2017; 
2. then participants will be given their invitations to the Phase 2 (specifying the price winner of Phase 1) to be held from 01:00 p.m. to 02:00 p.m. on October 20, 2017; 
3. then participants will be given their invitations to Phase 3 (specifying the price winner of Phase 2) to be held from 04:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. on October 20, 2017. 

Based on Phase 3 results the winner giving the highest price for the offered lot will be elected. 

ENERGOPROM Group reserves the right not to enter into agreement with the participant giving the highest price in the event where:
• the participant is not a metal manufacturer or a company in the same group of entities with such manufacturer under Article 9 of the Competition Protection Law;
• the participant is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been instituted in respect of such participant;
• participant's unreliable information has been identified. 

This request for quotation is not an auction under Articles 447 – 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for quotation shall not involve any legal effect for ENERGOPROM Group under Articles 447 – 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The product is of standard specification and certain volume, all participants shall submit their price offers to the same product.
