MARAT KHARISOV WAS APPOINTED GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE EPM GROUP
Moscow, March 10, 2021: Marat Kharisov was appointed General Director of the EPM Group
Marat Kharisov, previously Deputy General Director and Director for Legal Affairs of EPM Group, was appointed General Director of the company.
Marat Kharisov has been working at the EPM Group since 2006.
From 2016 - Deputy General Director – Director for Legal Affairs of ENERGOPROM MANAGEMENT JSC,
2012 – 2016 – Director for Legal Affairs of ENERGOPROM MANAGEMENT CJSC
From 2006, Deputy Director for Legal Affairs, Head of the Legal Department of ENERGOPROM MANAGEMENT CJSC.
In 2004, he was Head of the Corporate Legal Service of Mosinzhstroy OJSC.
In 2002, he worked in the special projects section of the legal department of RENOVA CJSC.
From 2000, he served as Legal Assistant to the General Director of Kuznetsk Iron and Steel Plant OJSC.
In different years he worked in following companies: “Pravoviye konsultatsii” LLC, “Pravo” LLC, “YurKon” Legal consulting company (Yekaterinburg).
Graduated from the Ural State Law Academy (Yekaterinburg).
Nikolai Naumov, formerly the head of EPM Group, left his position as General Director due to personal circumstances.
