MIKHAIL NOVIKOV APPOINTED EL 6 ACTING HR DIRECTOR

Mikhail Novikov has been appointed Acting HR Director of El 6
Mikhail's functions will include building up incitement systems for employees and optimizing HR policies; implementing programs to attract and retain personnel, as well as working on the HR-related risk map.
Mikhail has an extensive experience in personnel management. Previously, he held leadership positions with Kriogenmash, PJSC, Kirovsky Zavod OJSC, RUSAL Management Company, and Severstal-Group, CJSC.
He graduated from the Saint Petersburg State Marine Engineering University with a diploma of Sociologist (majoring in Personnel Management, Department of Philosophy and Sociology).
