Nikolay Naumov has been appointed as CEO of EPM-MANAGEMENT
Moscow, April 1, 2020 The Board of Directors of EPM Group appointed Nikolay Naumov as CEO of EPM-MANAGEMENT since April 1, 2020. Victor Nechuyatov, who previously held this position, left the company due to the expiration of the labour contract.

Nikolay Anatolyevich Naumov graduated from Irkutsk State Technical University (ISTU) with the speciality "Metallurgy of Non-Ferrous Metals". From 1994 to 2003 he worked at a silicon plant in the city of Shelekhov, where he worked his way from a metalworker to a deputy shop manager.
From 2003 to 2007 he worked at Sual - Silicon – Ural LLC as the chief metallurgist and production manager.
Nikolay Anatolyevich has been working at EPM Group since 2007, first as the Director for Production and Technical Development of the company. From November 2009 to 2017 he worked as the Managing Director of Novocherkassk Electrode Plant. In 2017 he graduated from the Stockholm School of Economics.
From 2017 to 2020 he was engaged in the projects related to the development of new types of raw materials and the reconstruction of production at RUSAL and Gazpromneft Bitumen Materials.
Victor Alexandrovich Nechuyatov, who was the CEO of EPM-MANAGEMENT since 2016, decided to take up his own projects.
