VLADIMIR KLINKOV APPOINTED PROCUREMENT DIRECTOR

Vladimir Klinkov has been appointed to Procurement Director of El 6.
Procurement Director's functions will include supply chain management, inventory planning, warehouse logistics, cost optimization and procurement management, as well as determining the Company's purchasing policy for the main types of raw materials and implementing a project to centralize all types of procurement.
Vladimir has an extensive experience in procurement and logistics. He has practical skills in designing, building up, and optimizing procurement processes. Previously, he held leadership positions in procurement and logistics with Kriogenmash, PJSC, TKS-Holding, LLC, Energoauditcontrol Engineering Center, LLC, Videoservice Concern, and Slavyanka, CJSC.
Holder of two higher education degrees from the State University of Management: Institute of Procurement and Logistics and Moscow State Academy of Business Management ("Financial Management").
